The Somerset Rooms Rental Agreement

I agree that by joining I will pay a one-off registration fee of £30 

 

I agree to the terms of a one month written notice when considering leaving The Somerset Rooms ​

The Somerset rooms agree to: 

​

1) Offer a clean, safe, confidential environment for the practitioner and client to work in. 

​

2) To give at least 24 hrs notice wherever possible of building closures due to bad weather etc. 

​

3) Give one month’s notice if rooms are no longer being used for rental purposes. 

​

The practitioner/professional agrees to: 

​

1) To provide up to date indemnity insurance, evidence of Professional body membership, qualifications. 

​

2) Respect all furniture and fittings and to leave the rooms as they were found. 

​

3) To inform The Somerset Rooms if they need to cancel the session. At least 24 hrs notice is needed otherwise the full amount will be charged for the room. 

​

4) To provide their own resources and do their own administration. 

​

5) Ensure payment for each month is transferred on 1st of that month.

​

6) Be fully responsible for the health and safety of their clients/course participant. 

​

The Somerset Rooms are not responsible for damage to personal property. All bags and coats are left at the yours/clients own risk.
